Living on a farm we have plenty of cats and we like bird watching. The two don't go togeather as we all know. So I was thinking as slippery as PVC pipe is if I or you could come up with a bird feeder stand. Was thinking put a 90 degree elbow with 6-8" piece then another 90,short piece, and a cap. Put a pc of wood up in the cap to screw an eye screw into to hold feeder. Problem might be stability.

I'm having some issues decorating around our lifestyle. We use wood heat, and therefore, I need to decorate AROUND a woodstove and a 200yr old farmhouse. any help?

I am making a quilt. My son is 21 years old and still has his orginal Care Bear baby quilt, althought you can hardly tell what the quilt is. Is is well worn. I found some of the orginal Care Bear material. I am placing his orginal quilt in between two layers of batting and then using the care Bear material for both sides of the quilt. The material is very light weight and I'm wondering if maybe I should use a Fusible interfacing on the back for a little more stability?
